Miss Minutes Martini

July 22, 2021

Hey Y’all. Are you enjoying Loki on DisneyPlus? I know I am. Miss Minutes is my favorite new character and I thought this Miss Minutes Martini might be a fun drink for a viewing party!

Miss Minutes Martini

Serves 2
Ingredients:

  • 2 shots of orange-flavored vodka (I used Deep Eddy Orange Vodka)
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces orange juice
  • 1/4 oz orange curaçao (optional for more orange flavor)
  • 1/2 teaspoon grenadine
  • Large orange
  • Chocolate chips (melted)
  • White/vanilla Almond bark or candy coating (melted)
  • Sandwich bags for piping
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Ice

Directions:

  • In a cocktail shaker, shake the orange vodka, pineapple juice, orange juice and curaçao together with a handful of ice cubes. Strain into glasses.
  • Slowly add the 1/2 teaspoon grenadine for the orange ombré look.
  • For Miss Minutes garnish: Slice a large orange. Melt vanilla candy coating (also called CandiQuick) and chocolate chips using the package instructions. It’s usually microwave in 15 second intervals in a microwave-safe bowl while stirring heavily between intervals.
  • Once both chocolates are melted, pour each into their own plastic sandwich bag. Cut hole in the bottom corner of each bag and pipe on the face of Miss Minutes. If too runny, place in fridge for 1 minute to harden. It’s easier to pipe if it’s a little thick (think the texture of frosting).
  • Once face is piped, put orange slice in freezer for 30-60 minutes to harden.
  • Place orange slice on martini and enjoy!

Step-by-step instructions:

  • Gather ingredients:
  • orange vodka,
  • pineapple juice
  • orange juice
  • curacao (optional)
  • grenadine
  • white chocolate, almond bark or vanilla candy coating
  • Milk or dark chocolate.
  • (not pictured, orange juice)

Pour orange vodka, pineapple juice, orange juice and curaçao in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice cubes.

Shake and strain into two glasses.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of grenadine for the orange ombre look.

Melt both of the chocolates. Melt vanilla candy coating (also called CandiQuick) and chocolate chips using the package instructions. It’s usually microwave in 15-second intervals in a microwave-safe bowl while stirring heavily between intervals.

Once both chocolates are melted, pour each into their own plastic sandwich bag. Cut a hole in the corner of each bag with scissors.

Cut a slice of orange and pipe the face. I start with the white chocolate first and then outline with the other chocolate once the white has hardened. If too runny, place bag in fridge to harden. If not runny enough, melt in microwave for a few more seconds.  It’s easier to pipe if it’s a little thick (think the texture of frosting). If you mess up, use a knife to remove the chocolate and try again.

Once face is piped, put orange slices in freezer for 30-60 minutes to harden and set your design.

Place on glass and enjoy! You have all the time in the world!
